We invite you to join us for the second annual Google in Education Maine Summit to be held at Hampden Academy High School on August 8 and 9, 2013. This high intensity two day event focuses on deploying, integrating and using Google Apps for Education to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google Apps for Education team. 

Register now to send teachers, administrators, tech directors, library media specialists, tech support staff, CTOs, and anyone who is interested in finding out more about leveraging Google Apps for Education to support student learning.

Maine Google Summit Resources will be listed here at the Summit. **Please note that when you *star* a session, you are not signing up for the session, you are just indicating that you have interest in attending.  All sessions are first come, first serve.

Getting Going with Google Earth - Beginner Session

This session will cover everything from the basics of using Google Earth to more advanced pedagogical applications involving teaching, learning, and content creation. The session will include creating, manipulating and controlling your own content as well as managing your content on your mobile device.
